Mount Sainte Anne is, with no doubt, one of the races with more charisma in the international calendar. This tough and technical race is one of the events that Hermida has been targetting for many years. After winning at Napa Valley in 2001 and at “The Cathedral” (Houffalize) in 2007, as most valuos victories for the rider from Puigcerdà, this weekend Hermida will try to delete another objective from his must-to-do list.

Hermida sees this part of the season as follows: “these two World Cups are just after the season hemisphere. After slowing down and resting a bit in June, I have been trainning well and and results are prooving that my trainning plan was good. Mount Sainte Anne has something special, just as Houffalize and some other races. They are all World Cups and you get the same points when winning, but the value they have inside the circuit and that we riders give to them are beyond the others; winning there is becoming part of the big history of mountain bike ”.

Jose will have his last trainning session on the circuit tomorrow.
