Hermida is currently ranked fourth in the provisional classifications, and aims to continue his steady improvement which has launched him amongst the best, however to achieve his objectives he is determined to make the best of the race, as in Vall Nord he will be joined by numerous fans, as the circuit is close to Puigcerdá. The circuit itself is a demanding one, with numerous changes of pace. These 5.2 kilometres will be putting the world’s top cyclists to the test.

The Spanish XC champion knows that as in Madrid, in Vall Nord he will be joined by many supporters whose wishes he hopes to fulfil. “I am in top form and my intention as far as the race is concerned is to be as active as ever and climb the podium after a race which is sure to be tough”.
