The fault is mine and is true that I forgot all of you and last months, there is no excuses from my side.

On last weeks a you been able to see, the news of my Website haven´t been writed by me, right? It is certain and they have been writed by Carlos Herrero and for the future it´s gonna be him that will post all news from races with a previos and also a small release after races. Also the week that comes I will have my section where I will comment the “war” and more. Good, we return to our things? At the moment I´m in Switzerland after having a race weekend in Germany(Albstad) where a finished 7th and I plan to move from here to next World Cup that is gonna be Germany also.

So the last days I have stayed in “VILLA NAEF”, it sounds idyllic and in certain way it is, on monday we dedicated to ride his brand new road moto(a “airplane” that it should be prohibited) but yesterday we left home for 2 hours MTB and we ended with 3h 45! and the engine overheating!!!!! and today almost the same, we plan to do 2 hours road bike leaving at 10:00 and we have finished at 15:30 so for me it´s not clear that we follow the training plan, RIGHT? I´m lucky and tomorrow we leave to Offenburg 2nd World Cup and the next days I will dedicate them to recover and to ride on the course*.

Ralf is better of his Asthma and I believe that now he´s going to give much spectacle than last months.

Jose Antonio Hermida underwent the accumulated fatigue in his legs finalized in the fifth position at German locality of Heubach, corresponding to the third puntuable of the Bundesliga.

From the beginning, the Olympic runner-up realized of which their sensations were not the best ones, reason why preferred not to force and to follow his preparation facing the next appointments for next World Cups . In a circuit very technician, with infinity of curves and long up-hill, Hermida finalized the race at 1:37 of the winner; Roel Paulissen , second was Cristoph Sauser whereas in third position entered Wolfram Kurschat. In spite of the fifth position, the national champion of ciclocross was satisfied: “It hasn´t been a bad race. The two previous victories put the strip very high but it knew that my race was not here. It has been a test for next World Cups as far as participants, so the fifth position considering that neither was going to run to top and keeping one eye on World Cups is more than positive”.
